About the role

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role for someone who can do the whole job, not one slice of it. You'll set the strategy, write the copy, design the assets, run the channels, and measure what works. We ship fast, so we want a marketer who can go from a blank doc to a live campaign without waiting on a chain of approvals.

You'll work directly with the founders on positioning, demand, and brand. Some weeks lean on writing, some on design, some on planning and reporting. If you would rather own an outcome than a single task, you will feel at home here.

What you'll do

  • Set the marketing plan: positioning, channels, calendar, and the goal each quarter ladders up to.
  • Write across formats: landing pages, blog posts, case studies, emails, social posts, and ad copy.
  • Design the assets to match: social graphics, decks, campaign visuals, and lightweight brand collateral.
  • Run campaigns end to end, from the brief to the launch to the follow-up.
  • Own the channels we publish on: the site, blog, email, LinkedIn, and others as they earn their place.
  • Read the numbers and turn them into the next set of decisions.
  • Pair with design and engineering when a campaign needs a page built or a system extended.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience running marketing end to end, with work you can show and results you can explain.
  • Real range: you can write a sharp landing page and design the graphic that sits beside it.
  • Strong writing. You turn a rough idea into copy that reads clean and moves people to act.
  • Day-to-day comfort in design tools (Figma, or your tool of choice).
  • A strategic head: you tie every campaign back to a business goal, not just activity.
  • Data fluency. You read analytics, run a simple test, and adjust based on what you find.
  • Async-first habits: you write things down, run your own calendar, and keep work moving on your own.

Nice to have

  • Marketing experience in an agency, not a single niche.
  • A working grasp of SEO and how content earns search traffic.
  • Motion or short-form video skills for social.
  • You've built a brand or a marketing function from an early stage.

Every project I run is staffed with senior people, so I'm never relaying half-answers between a client and a junior. Fewer meetings, more trust, and the work actually ships when we said it would.

I came in expecting the usual 'just ship it' pressure. Instead I get the time to get the details right, and every bit of feedback is about the work, never about looking busy.

Lowest-ego team I have worked on. We argue hard in a review, agree the best idea wins, and grab chai right after. Titles never decide anything here.
