Role description

As a Webflow Developer, you’ll play a key role in bringing thoughtful designs to life through clean, scalable, and high-performing Webflow builds. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and clients to ship websites that feel effortless to use and powerful to scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Build, customize, and maintain Webflow websites with a strong focus on performance and scalability
  • Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate Webflow builds
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic pages, and scalable content structures
  • Implement advanced Webflow interactions and animations
  • Use GSAP for custom animations where Webflow Interactions fall short
  • Integrate Lottie animations and third-party tools when needed
  • Troubleshoot Webflow issues and ensure clean, maintainable builds
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver polished, user-friendly pages
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical input
  • Stay up to date with Webflow features, best practices, and emerging trends

You are someone who

  • Has 2+ years of experience in web development
  • Has strong hands-on experience with Webflow
  • Understands responsive design principles and layout systems
  • Is comfortable working with Webflow CMS and dynamic content
  • Has solid knowledge of Webflow Interactions and animations
  • Is confident with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Has experience using GSAP within Webflow projects
  • Has worked with Lottie animations inside Webflow
  • Pays close attention to detail and performance
  • Understands Webflow performance optimization and accessibility
  • Can build scalable, CMS-driven websites
  • Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative environment
