Your homepage and the competitor buyers keep comparing you with. Two web addresses is all it takes.
A real Google speed test on each homepage, an SEO check, and a page-by-page count of both sitemaps.

About a minute. Google PageSpeed runs a real Lighthouse test on both homepages, on mobile and desktop, and that is the slow part. Your speed scores appear on the page as soon as it finishes.
Yes. The speed scores need no signup at all. The full report needs an email address so we can send you a private link to it. There is no card, no trial and no paywall later.
We send you the report link. Someone from Windmark may reply once to offer a walkthrough of the gaps. We will not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Lighthouse scores move a few points between runs, because each test loads the page fresh over a simulated mobile connection. Treat a gap of more than 10 points as real and a gap of 2 or 3 as noise.
We read each site's XML sitemap and homepage links, then sort every URL into page types such as pricing, case studies, comparisons and integrations. A page type shows as missing when your competitor has at least one and you have none.
Each report is a head-to-head against one site, which keeps the gaps specific. Run the tool again for each competitor you want to check.
